Advice Needed!!! Read.

Im tryin to think of a few ways i can get started with this and i thought of sumtin simple and i tihnk it is good but i would like input on it:

3 times a day........ each of the following,

Start on bench-Rep 3 sets of 15
Go to curls-3 sets of 15
Heavy Bag-3 five minute rounds without stopping, 30 second breaks inbetween.
To cool down- 1 five minute shadowboxing round.

3 times a day for this wouldnt b that bad right?

I know I shouldn't feed trolls, but if you can go balls out for 3 x 5 minute rounds and a 30 sec rest, you don't need anyones advice.

I think Revok summed up all correct repsonces.
