Advice appreciated
Hey guys, I'd like some honest advice. Some bg first: 6', now back up to 235, train bjj 4-6 times a week. Im looking to supplement my training bc the bjj isnt even to keep even keep me from gaining weight, let alone lose it.
I want to do some powerlifting to help get back in shape, but I always want to incorporate complexes and HIIT to bring my conditioning up to speed as well.
My plan was to do a two day split focusing on power lifting, and then doing some HIIT after my lifting session.
Then, I would try to do a complete workout consisting mostly of complexes on another day of the week. Is this too much:? Do you think I could do one day power, one day complexes? Power day would be like squat, deadlift, bench, maybe one more exercise...but i dont think I could do all that in one day...
advice please? summer is coming and i should have more free time, but I know i will likely cut back on the bjj for a little.
