Advice
Just need some brief advice:
One is a list of equipment needed for proper and efficient MMA conditioning
and 2 is a list of a good workout routine that goes with the equipment
My cousin had already informed me about the necessities but I just have to double check
Thanx in ad

You're brief question is what are all of pieces of equipment one should use for MMA conditioning and what are the routines that go along with them? seriously??
Spoon feeding is tomorrow, tell us what you're doing, what you plan on doing and we will help refine it but i'm not going to spend my time giving a detailed response when someone can't do any research themselves

You can really use anything to condition, no need for a huge gym! An effective home gym might be,
Olympic Weight Set
Homemade Medicine Ball
Sandbag
Sledgehammer
Tire Sled
Punching bag
Chin-Up bar
and your own body...
all that can give you litterally thousands of variation and intensity, I understand if your just starting it's hard to find alot of this stuff on the internet! You can find it though, but I find with the oly weight set, olympic lifts are beast build man power! And for conditioning, Interval running works wonders, but if your like me and hate running, which I suggest you do it anyhow, then you can try some circuits!

Nope, weights, if used properly, will dramatically improve speed! Try olympic lifts, EXCELLENT speed builders! As for conditioning, Doing alot of pushups and crunches is only a part of the puzzle. It'll help to a certain extent! I perform LSD 3 days a week and have 2 intense conditioning sessions a week. I like EIT's alot, really works on cardiovascular and muscular endurance not to mention lactic acid tolerance and mental toughness if you set the bar very high! GL to you man!

Yup, you're an idiot. And I guess a "noob" too, which I think is implied by your use of the word "noob".

You're right, no way you're a noob, and obviously your cousin has informed you of everything that you need to know in terms of strength and conditioning to become successful in MMA. In fact i think i am going to write down this amazing routine, with only 3 exercises you have managed to incorporate every single facet necessary for a comprehensive program.
So instead of telling us you’re not a noob show us that you’re not or take some time and educate yourself by reading the FAQ’s here in the training forums and then posting a well thought out detailed question of how to improve things from there.
How about posting your idea of a weekly plan?
Try answereing such questions as...
When are you skill training?
what days for strength?
what days for conditioning?
what are your weaknesses and goals?
are you looking to compete or just get in shape?
what length of rounds will you be competing in?
Are you getting enough sleep?
