*Added Pic of me* Hot body vs Strong body
I have a Q concerning my routines and stuff. Here are my stats first
Age: 17
Height: 5" 9.5'
Weight: 158 lbs
(I got my chest measure for a suit today so I know its 38')
I am not really an MMA guy although I love the sport. I do wrestling in Highschool (season's over now), and Judo outside (all year long.) Basically since I started hitting weights and taking fitness seriously in grade 9, I have been gaining a bunch of strength. I usually do weights about 3 times a week and hit most muscles once a week. Haven't done much Cardio other than the conditioning we do in wrestling practice (run around the school a few laps n Stairs). I am not really muscular nor fat, but I am pretty strong (I usually outwrestle bigger guys).
So Beach season is coming up and I want to get a hot body instead of my strong body. What should I do to decrease fat amount to make my body leaner? I want to have a 6 pack, so I am wondering what I should do in terms of Cardio, Diet, and if I should just through my weight routine out the window.
Thanks in andvance
EDIT: Okay, here I quickly took a pic of me:

Not flexing or nething but kinda sticking chest out.

Damn forgot it was a fight night for a min there.
Basically in the training logs we don't give a shit about looks, so most times you'll get flamed for your question here. Your answer though is to lose bodyfat, lean out your diet (7 habits in the D&S FAQ), increase your conditioning and keep with the weight training.
All a "hot body" is is a "strong body" with less fat

^^^what he said.
God, I love my hot and strong body. Some people are born studs (like me), others are born as utter doofuses (don't want to name any name, but this person is a purple belt with a green skull as his av).

Since I've added deadlifts and Zercher squats to my routine, I've began to develop a rather nice looking six pack. It adds friction to keep the bar in place, so I'm okay with that.

Wait... Deadlift and Zercher Squats lead to your development of a sixpack? Elaborate on what a Zercher Squat is please.

Cross your arms under the bar so that it rests in the cradle of your elbows. Lift the weight, squat, repeat. I do both strength (5 reps at high weight) and cardio (20 reps at lighter weight). This exercise really works to core, and makes your abs pop.
