Abdominal Circuit

Hey, I was wondering if anybody have a abdominal circuit laying around that they wouldn't mind posting. I am looking for something pretty intesne that will increase both strength and stamina. Preferably something like Arlovski's 200 rep thing he did on UFC unleashed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

You just want to mix it up and get full range movements. situps, bicycle crunches, reverse and side crunches. You also want to do planks and other core stabilization exercises. A good resource is Core Performance by Mark Verstegen.
