Read it carefully. They didn't do it all the time, the did lots of exercises building up general strength and conditioning. This was what they did at the end to test how good they really were.

Instead of linking all of the posts we had about it when the movie first came out..

SOME of the actors only did that workout ONCE. Some of the actors never did it at all. It was like the final test for them at gym jones. Entertaining but absolutely hell on your body.

I did a modified version of this workout three days ago...

Instead of the kettlebell stuff I did another 50 pushups, and I only did 30 deads (I hate the idea of 50 deads to be honest, especially if you look at what I finished the workout with)...

I also took out the last set of 25 pullups and replaced it with 5 minutes on the rowing machine...

Needless to say, my whole damn body hurts right now...

I think that what did me was the rowing. I was pulling as hard as I could...

But yeah, DOMS is alive and well these days...

What I did was do a modified version and instead of doing 50 of each exercise, i did 25 with the exception of 50 pushups. After 3 weeks of getting used to it, I gradually increased reps. I try to do a diff combo of workouts like the dude in the video said.
