2 workouts a day. (too much?)

My cardio is horrible, and I enrolled at a gym close to my office, so i can get an hour of cardio training in at lunch.. Then on Mon,Wed,and Fri, I go train MMA/BJJ. Am I over doing it? keep in mind, i've only been working out BJJ for about a month.

If you can fit them into your schedule and you have the energy DO 'EM

My personal experience is that with the help of 2 a day's i was able to reach my goal (in my case it was to get a bodyfat percent below 6%)

again if you can do 'em cool
If not don't sweat it

I agree with Boomer (and not just because I box too, lol), but because just yesterday I just started going all my running in the morning at about 8:30 with only water and some aminos in my stomach. Then doing my normal workout later in the afternoon. It's working good and I feel stronger already.

i am training twice a day and it is working for me. It is not to much if you feel ok - as said listen to the body - REST IS AS IMPORTANT AS TRAINING.

Yes recovery is very important.

Hey, here in Thailand they won't let you fight if you don't train twice a day. That's six hours a day--each workout is harder than what US Canadian workouts once a day are.

Just a level difference.
Come try it.

yes my coach did a couple summers there. Boxing is huge becuase it was proven by the europeans to be very effective when incorperated properly into MT. the MT stance even has an old school and new school, old scholl is more weight on back leg while bouncing the front leg weighting to teep, while new school is more like boxing, waiting to side step the teep and box the guy. Just what I have been told.
