Same here, my back and traps are killing me, then again I was doing hang squat snatches immediately before hand so it's probably half and half.

I think I'll try this one again on the end of an upper body day next week, pretty sure I can destroy my time if I'm fresh (I may really regret saying that).

4:48 at 225 BW

Tried it after a workout consisting entirely of cleans, snatches and OH squats and this absolutely fried me.

Out of curiosity how many of you guys do high rep dumbell snatches on a regular basis? How many of you primarily do heavy low rep snatches?

Doing this challenge was the first time I've gone over 7 reps... pretty much ever.

I usually do 4-5 sets of 2-3 reps each side. Nice and heavy. I actually think my first Saint Willy's vid will be a DB snatch.

That's what I'm thinking. It's a good example of how max strength can translate well over to muscular endurance. Cardio wise I could handle this challenge, but my muscles gave out.
