its not too bad, if you don't look at the starting frame and catch it in more of a standing position your set.
Ross does a better example but he goes alot deeper then you would have to with 35 or 45lb db's

Yeah. The video's good enough though.

Snatching 45lbs x100 sounds easier than scratching my crack. Of course, just like with the burpees, I'll suffer a miscarriage at around 60 and start begging for death.
I'll do it Sunday.

OK. Seeing as I've not taken a day off in two weeks, I opted for the lighter weight this first time...
35lb/16kg x 100
3:21
@ BW 210lbs
Did I miscount, or pass out halfway through and enter some kind of fugue state? Because this was ridiculously easy (and I'm in mid-winter hibernation shape right now). I worked up in alternating sets of 20 then two 10's to finish off. No significant break was necessary, and my form didn't suffer. I don't see how I could improve my time by more than maybe 15-20 seconds without throwing technique out the window.
Speaking solely for this lighter weight category, I think it would be more of a worthy challenge to up the reps. I'd be game for 500. 1000 even. As is, this literally served as nothing more than a warm-up.

Too late now. I'm gonna leave it. The numbers will be really good if it's too easy.
I wanted to include the lighter class so that some people who are relative beginners can compete as well.
