Agreed. After this challenge, my legs are the sorest muscles on my body for droping to receive the weight.

My ongly sugestion is that Finn take the Jan Challenge in the same period of the day as ths snatch challenge with the snatch being first.

i know i can not officially take part in challenge due my belt status, but i am going to have a go anyway.thing is i only have kettlebells could this challenge be attempted with a kettlebell ?
