What was your rep scheme? I did 20 each arm, then 10s to the end. Next time I'm aiming for 5 straight 20s for 2:45.
I did the same. (20's to 80 and then 10 apiece to 100) I want to get 4 25's, but my arm speed starts slowing down pretty significantly around 20 right now. It'll come...
