Yeah man, I appreciate the advice. I'll be forwarding that URL to the mum and pop for their loving consideration.

I freaking hate people who talk like this. I don't wanna pass judgement on you, but odds are you are either a chick or a raging homo. Do you also loves you some schlong?
For what it's worth, I would never *talk* like that. Get over it.

WE have that deep core strength from lifting outside of the centre of gravity. People who lift weights in the centre of gravity are wasting their time.

I can lift a 10lbs kettlebell and its exactly the same as lifting a 60lbs dumbell because of the gravity.

My core just handles gravity better than yours, face it dude.
Thanks Sarcastro. I'm not a member of the "functional strength" mafia. Strength is strength, and I'm aware that the SPP cycle (in contrast to GPP) is when the "functional" CNS training should take place.

But I still loves me some kettlebell circuits.

The only ything wrong with kettlebells is the price and the way they have been marketed stupidly as the be all and end all of training. they are an effective tool that an athlete can use to improve there training. I personally follow my own version of the faq 3 day routine but before this i was doing a double kettlebell 5x5 and found it very effective. While i train differently now i don't see why they deserve all the flaming personally

Because jumping on the anti-bandwagon bandwagon makes you a superstar.
