Dont listen to this neanderthal, he has that type of useless slow crushing strength thats built using conventional lifting equipment.

WE have that deep core strength from lifting outside of the centre of gravity. People who lift weights in the centre of gravity are wasting their time.

I can lift a 10lbs kettlebell and its exactly the same as lifting a 60lbs dumbell because of the gravity.

My core just handles gravity better than yours, face it dude.

But what are you gonna do with all that functionality? Nothing. You don't train UFC. It's pretty useless to you. But you know, you are right. Maybe I should spend an extra $100 for the amazing kettlebell. I wanna be strong like bull, and functional like tiger.

I gave legit advice. that shot loadable KB is probably the best thing in I've seen available in terms of adjustable Kettlebells. get it with a thick handle for some extra grip work and you're set.
