Workout 2x A Week
As the title says, I have a chance the majority of the time to hit the gym twice a week. I also train Muay Thai and BJJ 3 nights week for 1.5 hours each. I was thinking that a full body circuit would be optimal to increase my muscle endurance and shed some unwanted poundage. What do you guys think the best way to set up these workouts would be?

5/3/1. I suggest that and cleaning up the diet for weight loss.

That crossfit asshole was right. Noone knows what a Wendler is, how you do it, where you can get one, etc...
