Who's the HIT guy who post here?

My buddy wants to start doing a HIT program to mix it up for a while. Im not so sure.

I remember someone here said they did HIT and had great results. Who was that? Does he have a log?

High intensity training? As in using heavy weights? That's like everyone.

HIT training doesn't involve "heavy" weights. Sorry guy. There's no such thing as a "heavy" set of 12 or 15 or whatever. It might be difficult sets but there's no such thing as a heavy one. Read a book...
