Do you ever front squat? If you tail tuck there, you'll most likely lose the weight forward, so it might be a good way to relearn your groove.

Front squat seems like a good idea.

Video...sigh. I'm going to have to figure that one out. I honestly don't have the slightest idea how to get my videos from my camera, then onto my computer and then to here.

It might be easier if one of you guys just came over and did it for me.

It's a memory card used in most digital devices. If you have one in your camera it most likely saves the video directly to it. If so all you have to do is take it out of the camera and pop it into your computer and save it on the computers hard drive, or upload it directly to youtube or whatever.

i fixed my tail tuck by accident...sort of

i hurt my ankle and was only doing front squats to lighten the load on my ankle a bit.

i did lots of front squats for a month, along with lunge stretches and squat stretches....when i recovered and went to back squat i sunk so effortlessly into the hole i was amazed

That only works if his computer has an SD card reader. I think they are more common these days but a lot of computers don't have them.

McClure, did your camera come with a cable that can plug into the USB slot of your computer? A usb slot is a rectangular slot that you plug iPods, cameras, mice etc. into.

Think of a the position of your arms during a front squat or after a clean, elbows are high and toward the front. This position slightly increases the arch of your back and makes tail tucking much more difficult. During a back squat try elevating your chest, take a deep breath whilst standing and you will notice that you chest is elevated slightly, it also slightly increases the arch of your back. This helps to maintain posture and ensure that tail tucking is minimal at worst.
