Entropy, you are completely right. Professional fighters hire strength and conditioning coaches. I don't hire strength or conditioning coaches. Instead I take advice from fighters who has learned from those coaches. And I'll take their advice over anyone on Sherdog.

Ted-P, you are obviously only here to piss people off. Won't work with me kiddo.

Anyways, it's been really funny chatting. But now I've got better things to do. Besides, I have a feeling these chats won't lead to anything good. So you do your thing, and I'll do my thing and everyone will be happy. I'll stop wasting my time in this thread now. I've done what I came here to do. And that was to put in a post for the thread starter.

To wrap this up. I've got nothing against you Urban. But I don't take advice from just anyone.
I've got my way of doing things and I'm happy with it. And I don't want to get alot of shit when all I did was trying to help a guy out.

And to Tep-P, grow up.

Ok tough guy.

Who exactly were the fighters and you know for sure what kind of coaches they have or even have one?

Like it's been said many times, you should keep an open mind.

I never said you have` to accept em.

Apparently not working.

And don't question my maturity, because you cant directly respond and argue with my points in a open minded and rational manner.

This guy talks a lot of shit for being an amature fighter with an 0-1-0 record. You say you have trained with guys from BTT...I train at BTT-KC, and one of our guys is down at the main BTT academy in Brazil right now so say who you trained with and i'll make the call and see if they even know who the fuck you are...

Or I could just get talk to Suyan who is OUR trainer from BTT and see if he's heard of you.

You're really missing out then.

umm..Hamit Aktas, you know those guys pay large sums of money to get routines specifically done to they're strengths and weaknesses. Getting info on the side isn't the best way of going aobut things. This would also go on the assumption that you beligerently do what they tell you without understanding the key aspect.....why

Depending on your answer it depends, but whatever the reason, I can tell you high reps in the 18-20 range are not needed and heavy low rep sets don't start until 6 and down, 8-10 is all about the size mainly

i'm still waiting for a response to this from the thread maker

This thread has been an amazing jouney gentlemen. And tonight I drink to the memory of Hamit. May he and his "better than you" ways never return. I hope he succeeds in all the important and more acceptable shit he says he has to do and learn from... Whatever. what a fuckin chode.
