I am Thinking about to do an Cycle like an Powerlifter (FAQ) but in my gym we havent that much weights, changing the gym is not possible for the next 6 month.

What you think about these routine:
Plan A

In ever varition for 2-3 Sets and 6-8 Reps. If i can do more, i raise the weigts. For sure i am doing some assitance exercise...

OR

Should i do more stuff like that...

6 Weeks Plan A and then 6 weeks this stuff!

Can you buy your own weights?
I personally have had great success using the 5 x 5 rep/ set scheme, so I would suggest it.

If you're trying to get strong do a Powerlifting/Olympic Lifting routine. The 5x5 is a great place to start.

The grappling circuit you mentioned is great for muscle endurance but not maximal strength/power. Do a few sets of this circuit after your 5x5 routine.

keep reps at 5 or below.....I like training with reps of 3 or less even. Adjust intensity to deload(take it easy) when you feel tired but keep reps low for majority of the time...

If you're trying to supplement your BJJ with weight lifting, this next sentence is the most important one you will ever read:

Don't give up a session of technique training to lift.

Primarily work grip strength, it will help a lot in controlling opponents.

You will definitely want to include these movements:

Squat, Push Press, Deadlift, Chins, Dips, Dynamic Rows. Good Split example:

Squat, Push Press, Chins

Deadlift, Dips, Dynamic Rows
