Every so often I hard about a women getting a breast reduction surgery because her big boobs cause her lower back problems:
"This documentary follows the lives of three women who feel defined by their naturally large bust size. One is terrified of having breast reduction surgery but with her breasts causing her chronic back pain she knows it may be her only option. Another hopes that alternative therapies and an exercise regime will downsize her chest"

I'm not 100% sure that heavy core/glute exercises would help, but considering the glute/core strength of the average person who doesn't do the aforementioned exercises, I'm 99% sure it will help.
We need to do something. I just can't stand having women making such a horrible sacrifice for something that could be easily obtained via the right exercises. Any ideas?

If she hasn't done so already, she should invest in higher-quality sports bras to prevent further pain/injury. They'll be more expensive than your run-of-the-mill three packs, but they won't stretch or give way while she moves.
Have her go to Dick's or something similar and try on a couple of sports bras. They should be comfortable enough to wear yet keep her breasts from moving when she bounces or shakes (yes she should try that to be sure before purchase).
Working on her posture in general should help with any back problems.
Send her here if she wants to read more: http://www.lessbounce.com/why.html. Hopefully this will help.

I knew a big-boobed girl who would wear 2 or sometimes 3 sports bras at once to keep from hitting herself in the face. I doubt it was very comfortable but it got the job done.

Its a shame that this is like 85%+ of girls. I try so hard to explain cause I mean, who doesn't want a girl with an amazing posterior chain? Even with examples they either don't get it or don't believe it or simply don't want it. Its kind of depressing really. Maybe its just a north american thing?

Well lifting weights is hard work. And it's not really considered 'feminine' to move iron. It probably does have something to do with the culture. We just need one revolutionary to lead the charge.

My fiance has big boobs. When she was younger (high school) she was flat chested and a lot smaller. She has also expressed she wasn't the best "eater" (ie. didn't eat).
She got breast implants some time last year and also put on weight. She would like to drop some lbs but alot of things hurt. She likes to run/jog but it hurts her. I'm trying to be supportive, but it's hard for me since I'm not large breasted.
Advice, articles, anything?

I think barbell complexes fit the bill nicely.

I am not aware of many cultures that endorse weightlifting or other sporting activities by females to a degree exceeding that of the United States.

I will try the barbell complexes hopefully tomorrow. I just have to get her out of the mindset that cardio is not the only way to lose weight.

Have her do a set of complexes, then dare her to tell you it isn't cardio .
I always love doing that to people who argue that running = cardio. Most of them say "no I don't want to" but the ones who do actually try it out are immediately apologetic.
