ok... you have just lost S&P posting privileges until you learn something... ANYTHING about lifting. Seriously? how are you gonna come in here and give advice without having an understanding of a BASIC and EXCEEDINGLY COMMON strength development program like 5x5. Go back to heavyweights.

I was going to say as much in nicer words, but I suppose this is effective enough. Regardless, do you have any suggestions Urban?

It could also be a sleep or diet issue. I'm not an expert on diet, but it looks like it can be improved. Check out the D&S faq if you haven't already. Your lifting 5 days a week. Do you also do any training alongside it?
