Tearing a Tennis Ball in Half *VID*

For the second of my Graedy day videos I decided to give tearing a tennis ball in half a go. I got three tennis balls free with some orange juice so I decided to use one of these (hence the orange colour).

Sakura was nowhere to be found, so I decided that Imelza (my Norwegian forest cat sat on the bench behind me) would have to stand in.

This video is 6 minutes long and not a lot of progress is visible for most of it so here's the edited highlights for those who can't be bothered:

2:43 Ball is shown to camera with beginings of hole punctured through side

5:19 Side wall of ball finally starts to really tear open, from here on in it's plain sailing and balls gives up pretty quickly.

The technique here is pretty simple - drive your finger through the side of the tennis ball so that you can get a good grip from the inside and then tear it in half.

My fingers are fucking killing me while typing this, the first two joints of both index and middle on both sides hurts like hell and my fingernails have been ripped about. Anyone thinking of trying this had better make sure they've got very well-trimmed nails.

My arms and hands started to hurt just watching that. That's a long, long time to be trying to drive your fingers through a tennis ball. Nice work indeed.

Imelza didn't seem impressed, though.

Awsomeness. You sir have some mad grip strength, however, your cat seems very unimpressed.

EDIT*** i can also say that song disturbes me. *Goes to find babies to eat*

Insane.

For those with more old-school taste in music, here's the original "Zero the Hero" by Black Sabbath -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwoT9_StEfY

You can click on that vid, minimize the window, roll Smashius' vid and turn off the sound.

Pretty much nothing seems to impress Imelza.

Fun fact: Sakura has 8 times as many friends on Catbook as I do on Facebook.

When Smashius goes on a killing spree in the near future, let it be known that I predicted that shit.
