Help a retard with his broken body!
yes i am a retard i admit it!!! maybe not litterally but in the way ive been training for the last 5 years.
i have basicly had some sort of injury in every part of my body and most of them are still not treated to this day.
so when my shoulders started getting worse and worse to the extent that i canīt train anymore i figured itīs time to chill with the training and focus solely on recovering.
to make it simple iīm gonna list everything that hurts in my body along with some questions.
upper body:
rotator cuff impingement (at least that is what my pt thought) N1 priority!!
soreness on my rhombs
a bad wrist (when it hurts which isnīt that often)
elbow problems
lower body:
2herniated discs in my lumbar (doesnīt bother me anymore)
some kind of groin pain in my left leg( only hurts when i squat, but i feel it during split stretch)
weird pain in my right knee (nothing serious i think, probably from bad squats)
shin splint in my right leg.
my questions
1. how often should i do scupular work to rehab my shoulders? in the diesel crew videos they only did every move 1 time per week,
2. what is wrong with my groin? didnīt think it was serious at first cause i only felt it during squats, but now ive had it for quite some time.
3. any other good things to think about for my shoulders? i work as a carpenter so i have to use my hands all day, it usually doesnīt hurt at work, but sometimes iīm sore when i get home,

BJJ is making me trash my body right now. My current list of injuries:
Shoulder injury since March 2007
Knee Injury - loose to the inside
Wrist injury
Those are the big ones at the moment. The worst part is i'll have small ones taht i'll train through but that make you compensate in a different way, sometimes leading to other injury.
addiction is dangerous.

how do you go training with the herniated discs?
(ps. the groin pain theoretically could be related to that).
i have 2 stuffed discs and i can hardly do anything fun anymore.

when did you get the injury and how serious is it?
i pulled my discs about 4 years ago and for a while it felt like shit, i could barely bend over 90degres without feeling alot of pain.
but after the worst pain wenīt away i could start training again, try to build up muscle endurance in your lower back, that helped me out alot.
about the groin i donīt know, i had the pain for while about 3months ago, then it just wenīt away and now itīs back, itīs right on the inside of my thigh.
