Stronger upperbody without losng hand speed

hey guy, well i just wanted to kno if neone new any good lifin workouts in which i could put on possibly 15-20 pounds of upperbody with lifting yet keep my hand speed fast. Usually i just lift weights with explosive movements so that i build up my speed and power striking so im quik and connect hard, but i wanna put on sum more weight in the upperbody so that im stronger at wrestling without losing the speed, do u guys have ne ideas?

Why don't you focus on building strength instead of mass?

Oh wait, I know... it's cuz you want teh gunZ. I understand. Just do lots of curls.

Putting on mass will not slow you down. Myth. Find a study that backs that up. If you want an article on how mass does not slow you down someone will find it shortly... they always do.

Just do some Bowflex and you'll get those gains in 6 to 8 weeks, lickety-split!

I wish I was a pimp

*sobs quietly*

Compound work, lack of excess calories=more strength with little extra weight

yah thanks for ur ideas but i do all that stuff to, i shoulda said more aobut my workouts, i do entire body workouts i have really strong legs i played bball and football and i still work on my legs squats everythin im obsessed on my leg poer, i have a strong core and upperbody, but im just tryin to get a stronger upperbody because i got dominated on the ground by a solid 180 guy that used to wrestle he was jus movin my arms like nuthin, usually people have trouble holdin me that well, so that y i was lookin in to a way to build more upperody, i was just nervous if i did lift more and put on more mass in the arms and chest and stuff that i would lose my speed, but thanks for all u guys ideas

Why do you want to put on weight if you are fighting. Read the FAQ and get stronger.
