"Strong" for your weight

I want an opinion on what you consider strong for a MMA fighter that walks around at170lbs. My first fight is in 9 months. So I've got a good amount of time to put on some size and strength. I have not spent that long deadlifitng or squating, but I am going to from here on out. What are some realistic goals I should have.

Currently

I'm 5'11 & 168lbs

Squat 5x5 @ 235

Deadlift 5x5 @ 250

DB Bench 5x5 @ 190

I know i have a lot of room to work on my Squat and Deadlift, i don't know what my max is but the above weight is what my working sets are. Thanks for the advice.

1.5x BW Bench, 2x BW squat, 2.5x BW Deadlift.

Start there for goals.

So a good max deadlift for my would be around 430lbs?

Could you tell me how I should work up to a max, since i don't know what mine is? Also, I should testing this how many times a month?
