Yeah, but your level of knowledge in the field is still enough to make most of us cringe. I have to read your articles twice to feel like I somewhat understand what the hell you're talking about. Not that I mind, I appreciate the knowledge you pass on.

There's nothing wrong with having to read something twice to get it, but I am working on something that'll simplify my methods and techniques in a way that has never been done before. Stay tuned to my website in the next few months, for the first time everyone is going to have the opportunity to train the way they should be based on their individual weaknesses and goals using this system. No more generic one size fits all shotgun approach to conditioning and the results will be dramatic. Just wait.

There's plenty of good books available to read through on google books, but good luck finding the really good ones through sites online, only a small handful of people even know what they are.

PDF file & print it out. For lifting/nutrition articles and ebooks I do this all the time. For novels, though I agree. Gotta have a real book.
