I love how he said hes not certified because he chooses not to be.

Getting so annoying, don't think I'll be able to finish. I want to beat him with a club. Guess that would reinforce his beliefs since he said lifting weights is barbaric.

And all this time I thought my vertical sucked because I am white...fucking squats and lunges....all I ever wanted was to grab the rim...now I know that the squat was compressing my athletic ability, what next...all that shoulder work I have been doing is limiting my throwing ability! I'm fucking done with weights and subscribing to this guys email list...maybe I can get one of those 1990's Jordan shirts when I join and a dry erase board and markers, start hosting amway type parties with other gym goers to tell them this breaking news and stop all this madness of squatting!

he is injury prone as hell. but u cant deny hes explosive. dunno what you can attribute his explosion to though. i just view his "method" as dynamic-effort day while still doing heavy/max-effort day.

Polomalu had never missed a practice until last season. He has had 1 bad injury, that is hardly injury prone.

Even if it is shitty training.

His hamstring problems keep coming and going and have done since college, a lot of his other injuries seem attributable to wear and tear of playing the game.

The kind of training he is doing in the video looks like a good starting point for recovering from injuries, but it shouldn't be your entire routine.

Some athletes buy into some really whacky training regimes and succeed in spite of them, Reggie Bush was a proponent of something called FreFloDo,
