You're divebombing a bit which I do too but some people think is a bad idea.
Also, hard to tell but I think your weight might be ever so slightly on your toes and causing your center of gravity to be just a tad too far forward. If I had to guess, I might say your heels probably just barely came off the floor. It's hard to tell from the camera being on the floor, so I could be way off. But I imagine it's an even larger possibility because you're squatting with no shoes on.

Yeah sorry about the angle it was most convenient without getting in the way of people walking etc.
About the leaning forward, yes I feel a slight bit of leaning only later during the sets/reps when I get more tired. It's something I got to keep in check. I shouldn't have worn a super baggy shirt.. so my lumbar could be more visible ..shit.
Is it bad to squat without shoes? I always thought it was more convenient because no heel.

It looks like your squatting high bar, is that right?
Also in terms of shoes etc, alot of people squat with Converse or any other flat soled shoe

I wouldn't really call that divebombing, looked like you had it under control to me. I do agree about the weight coming forward a bit though. Squatting barefoot is more popular with a low-bar squat & wider stance. I lot of high-bar squatters prefer Weightlifting shoes. I know I prefer a slightly elevated heel for high bar, but I use chucks for low bar

Oh it's 3 reps by 5 sets.
and yes it's a high bar squat.
How could I fix my leaning forward? Just try to stay tighter?
I'll probably try my pair of flat canvas shoes.

+1, I used chucks for the past 9 months, then finally got some Romaleo 2's, it's like my feet are having sex with the floor, if you are going to stick with HB you might want to at least try a pair out
I squat high bar btw
