Yeah, I'm just going to drop the tylenol for sure then!

I was thinking it could of been mono too, but I don't feel sick at all! So, I don't know what symptoms appear first or in what order.

Your body is telling you that it is tired. Rest or do just light cardio. You are only 17. You could be burnt-out. You cannot fight hormonal issues either. Listen to your body.

I would talk to a dr about your need to medicate to sleep. He might be able to change meds. If you are intense during the day, you may not sleep well. If you do train, consider training earlier in the day. Fish oils like in salmon are good for regulating brain activity. Use as many natural solutions that you can. Adolescent depression is very common. I remember dealing with it. Lots of nieces and nephews as well. We get through it.

You seem like a good kid. Be good to yourself.

Thank you man! Yeah, I'll tell the dr. I have a follow up appointment here soon, so I'll tell him what's up! I workout late at night, so I'll try moving it earlier, instead of 10 or 11 PM maybe 3-4 PM! So, would a fish oil pill be good? My dad has some of them, so I'll try taking some of them! Thanks man, I try to keep good never touched the drugs or the booze, don't even swear unless I'm mad! Thank you for the advice though, I appreciate it alot!
