I know how you feel man I haven't worked out in 2-3 weeks because I broke my nose / got sick with strep throat and an ear infection, got surgery on my nose and felt like shit for a while afterwards. Hopefully I will get back in there tomorrow.
You just have to get back in there again, once you start working out again you will feel a lot better.
Edit: I also forgot to mention that throughout the shit that happened to me the last 3 weeks I have lost around 8-10 lbs of a combination of muscle and fat, probably a bunch of strength too.
Hopefully I get me some pseudo-noob gains on my triumphant return.

At 17, I think you need more than 6-8 hours sleep. Minimum 8 hours. You body needs more time to recover. how the hell are you going to school if you are going to bed at 5AM?
Make sure you are taking a multivitamin and maybe some B12.
Your meds might be in the way as well. Try taking a week off. I was taking Zyprexa for depression and could barely keep my eyes open during the day.

Paxil is one hell of a drug. I would never take it again.

You do need 8-10 hours of sleep at that age to function in tip top shape.
Maybe its the Paxil Tylenol PM cocktail you are taking?! Drop the Diphenhydramine. It isn't good to take with an SSRI regularly. In combination with the Acetaminophen you need to limit its intake. Too much Acetaminophen will destroy your liver.

Yeah, I'm just going to stop taking the tylenol PM! I don't need that, but I definately need to take the paxil! I can barely function without it, I have really severe OCD! Like 8 hours worth of compulsions, and it's the only drug I tried that really works any! haha! It could be a problem such as sleepwalking really, my doctor wanted me to go to the sleep clinic but I said I didn't want to!

The combination of the two isn't good. Drop the Tylenol PM.
