LOL! I was at the Sporting Goods store with my girlfriend and she started laughing when she saw the grippers they had. She was like, "OMG, look at the sponge padding on the handles and how thin the coil is HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" The staff thought she was nuts.

Get the #2 and #3 anyways.

I bought one and thought it would take me a while to close, but if I can close it almost now, it cant be long until I can close it all the way.

then you put a hose clamp on it and it's a whole new world... then you start grinding away at the inside of the handles.

Get the #2 and do negatives with it. Once you can close the #1 start doing overcrushes with it.

get a 2x4 and some nails with a hammer and put as many nails in with each hand until you cant see any wood, you can start a second 2x4 or get a wrench and loosen and tighten all the nuts in your house.

How about Ill stick to the grippers. I wont put nails in a piece of wood just for fun nor will I loosen and tighten nuts without being payed for.

Yeah if you want more info on training tips go to Gripboard.com

If you can almost get the number 1 buy the #2 and #3. Work on the number one with a hose clamp and file the inside of the hands to make it go BTR (Beyond the Range) Once you master that start doing singles with the #2. ONce you can master the #2 (file the insides down) get the BBSM >>Click Me<<

One important thing to remeber, don't go by poundage on a gripper, always go by wire size for strength to see the order of grippers strengths go here >>Click Me<<

Good luck

My pussy hands will transform with help from my gripper, and in the gym by doing deadlifts, towel pullups and plate holdes.
