small lump and pain near lower hamstring
small pea sized little lump on my lower hamstring very close to behind the knee. what could it possibly be? pulled my hamstring or osmething? this isnt after a training session, it just randomly occured. It hurts a bit when I press on it

I have two that sound similar. One is on the inside of my left elbow and the other is just above my right ankle. My doctor checked them out and said it could be 2 things: a syst (nothing to worry about), or some torn material. Mine dont hurt anymore.

How long did it take to heal? It doesn't seem serious for sure just wanted to knwo what it was
