I like to lock the bar in the lowest position and then deadlift the machine over. If you act like it was an accident, the gyn police don't usually kick you out.

bw horizontal rows, pull ups, weighted press out over the bar...stretching station...towel rack...I dont know...I guess an adjustable door pull up bar is as good but then again u cant do faceplant squats...
