The "Slosh Pipe" ain't no joke!

Alright, built mine Monday and finally used it yesterday. Unreal workout. After I ran last night I did a 5 minute circuit with it, Zercher Walk for 200 yards, Standing Military Press x20, Stiff Legged Deadlifts with it on my shoulders x20, Bench Press off of an exercise ball x20. Rest one minute, repeat.Only got in two sets.
Core is really sore this morning, shoulders are pretty tight along with back and traps.
It is impossible to control the water inside, no matter how you move. I can see this being a huge tool in the workout arsenal.

"ain't no joke"? So it is a joke?

How big is yours?

edit: "how heavy was it?" doesn't sound as gay as "how big is yours?" but I also want to know how long it is.

Damnit! That sounds gay, too.

I've got the materials, but I'm just not sure how to do the caps. I have two options for sealing the cap:

PVC primer > PVC cement.

Teflon pipe joint compound.

Which is easier, what is the proper way to do it, etc?

Purple primer then pvc cement. Basically this will melt the pvc making it one continuous piece. Teflon is hard to work with and generally only used for ****l pipes, also it never really dries.

Teflon joint compound is meant for sealing threads. It won't hold two pieces together.

Exactly. I used to use it for gas pipes. The pipes would have stayed together anyways they just needed a sealant so we didn't die in a gas filled basement.

I'm having my girlfriend try it today, so this should be pretty fun.
