Icon2 Video of GSP, Kang and Loiseau strength training

http://www.adrenalineperformancecenter.com/Jsport.wmv

Pretty cool video with GSP's strength coach. It shows GSP doing chin ups with 90lb dumbbell around his waist, dumbbell pressing 110 lbs dumbbells and doing a jumping exercise. Also Kang doing some kind of inverted row exercise and the Crow pulling rope.

Its a large file 138 mb, but great quality.

*EDIT* Heres a Youtube clip

Only if you asked nicely and wore a new dress.

That's how MMA athletes SHOULD be training. Watching a clip of Houston Alexander train cracked me up. This guy is a smart S+C coach.

My trainer had me doing heavy squats w/ supersets of plyo jumps the other night. Now I know where he got the idea.

Don't get me wrong, I'd hit it, but fighters are used to higher class ho's. A tight little black number would probably seal the deal.

It'll be OK as long as you accessorize properly this time.
