Should I just start over????

I am on the third month of 531, and I am not hitting the same numbers I was in the first two months. For example, I did wave three of ohp workout, on my last set I was supposed to do 1 rep... but go to almost failure as the program says. Last month I got 5 reps with 140.... but this month I only got 3 with 145... is this a sign that I am over trained? Maybe I am being over critical

You can't really compare 3 with 145 with 5 of 140. Overhead Press might also be stale.

Keep going until you can't get the prescribed reps. I've had weird cycles where I feel like I lost a bit of strength. I just plowed through them and am better for it now.

I had something like that happen. I think I hit something like 9 reps on a 205 lbs Bench and then the next cycle I only got 6 on 210 or something like that. My take - don't sweat it. Unless you aren't hitting the required reps (5 reps in Wave 1, 3 reps in Wave 2, 1 rep in Wave 3), keep going if you like the program.

Calculated max at 140 x 5 = 163
Calculated max at 145 x 3 = 159

Wouldn't be too concerned with 4 lbs.
