Blah would've been nice to hit 3 plates on the squat today oh well. Didn't max out on bench yesterday either.
I'll max out again on all 3 in 4-6 weeks. Hopefully I'll be over 300 wilk's by then

No, we have weight categories so Wilk's is not how it's scored, you have to lift more than the people in your category.

I guess I'm still confused by that.
I thought Wilk's was used, that way someone that weighs 170 would be higher based on Wilk's then someone who is 180, yet they are both in the 181 weight class.

This is a powerlifting competition, not a direct comparison of strength, the idea in a powerlifting competition is to lift more than others in your weight class, if we score by wilk's then there's no point having weight classes.

THAT'S RIGHT, THAT'S A 2.87% INCREASE IN MY WILKS TOTAL IN JUST THREE MONTHS!
