Damn i need 10 more lbs for a grand.
These numbers are going to be going up as i am just starting my power phase and have just gotten back to squats and deadlifts this past month due to lower back problems

Virutally all of my competitive lifting was done in the Stone Ages before digital was available. I think the Navy Sports Office may still have some footage in their archives. Lots of photos available though.
remember, that every single weight that has been listed, was a weight that at one time I was aiming for or struggling to reach.
2.5 lbs at a time, it adds up after a few years.
