These were all done a while ago. I'm sure I can break them all now, and will within the next few weeks. Bench is so low because I had form issues and only recently did I fix it. I've posted the video of my deadlift before, plus I believe I've posted a video of me easily squating 335 a while ago, plus I've posted a bunch of other videos to prove my lifts (not saying theyre all that great, I just think it's good to back up what you claim) When I get my new numbers I will post videos of them as well.

I've also squated 365 before, except I was quite a bit heavier and it was probably a tad bit high so I won't count it.

Thanks for doing this again Urban, this is going to be fun.

edit: I'm putting in an official request to add Overhead Press to the number totals. I don't bench anymore, but will have to start up again to keep up with you fuckers.
I don't bench any more either. Just do what I'm going to do, every 30-50 lbs you add to your OHP. It's not going to be that competitive in bench this way, but it's the least important lift of the big three to me anyways. I haven't tested my max bench in over a year. I'd add in OHP instead of or in addition to bench, but that throws off the wilks, which I think is a good meter of strength across weight classes.

This is pathetic, but it is what I got. Bench and Deads for multiple reps, and squat ATG.

Only got 230lbs in weight. I can probably squat a bit more by now.
I know I can smoke that DL total since I'm doing 230x5x5.

As soon as I'm done smelting my new 45's I'll be updating dem badboys.

Sure. Establish credibility and you can post your numbers. That's the whole reason whitebelts are discriminated against: they haven't been here long enough or posted enough to establish themselves as credible.

Our numbers look way too similar. You are way ahead of me, but I think I have someone to compete with here!

Bring it on, Keyser!

Jesus Keith...You could add my totals to keyser's and we'd still be half the man you are. Nicely done sir.
