I'm still known as one of the strongest guys to roll with though so strength is very relative. I've rolled with BB's who thought I was super strong and those guys could out lift me no bother so how does one truly measure strength?
bearing in mind my ground work was bad back then and I just relied on strength so it wasn't my technique. I can also peform exercises that stronger guys can struggle with, like 60kg worth of plates on chest for 50 sit ups, I'm cutting those to 30 next time though as my ass was killin me
So basically, you're full of shit. Gotcha.

I guess that's the last time you give someone the benefit of the doubt, huh? Can we say "told you so"?

I always lift naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Sure the babyoil makes the bar harder to hold, but boy do I glisten.

Trust, that flimsy thing binded together by the weakest of glues

It would only have been pretence if I did not lay claim to my admittance. Lose sleep not thine Bacon.

Sonny

BW: 170lbs.

425/290/450 total 1165

wilks: 369.468

So bench went up but my elbows feel TOTALLY fucked like they've exploded or something. I've been doing a lot of gripper work so my elbows have been taking a beating. I was hoping to get a 315 bench going before the new year but we'll see.

That's extremely impressive for only 170lbs. You should seriously post some videos. You weigh only 10 more lbs than deisel weasel but your lifts are all a lot higher than his (minus deadlift) and everyone talks about how strong he is and shit.

Yeah I was thinking about that. Really I could be blowing these numbers out of my ass to you guys.

Next PR I won't post unless I've got video to back it up.

I didn't mean for it to come off like I don't believe you. I just meant that people are always talking about how strong DW is for his size, but there are stronger people out there who just don't post videos.
