ok ok, you got me LOL.
My top lifts are Squat 201.5kg-25 half reps, incurred a back injury though and am currently squating 130kg 15reps to parallel which currently feels damn heavy. TBDL 145KG -10reps- can't do them no more because of twisted Quadratus Lumborum muscle in lower back. Bench- lucky if I could get 2 reps out of 100kg. I'm still known as one of the strongest guys to roll with though so strength is very relative. I've rolled with BB's who thought I was super strong and those guys could out lift me no bother so how does one truly measure strength?
bearing in mind my ground work was bad back then and I just relied on strength so it wasn't my technique. I can also peform exercises that stronger guys can struggle with, like 60kg worth of plates on chest for 50 sit ups, I'm cutting those to 30 next time though as my ass was killin me

So mature, we don't have a clue who you are, you could just be pulling numbers out of your arse, hence the white belt rule. The post at the beginning of this thread expalins exactly what you need to specify to enter this thread.
So you failed on two counts and your reply is pathetically childish. Well done, you've convinced me you are an idiot in record time.

Heres a topic where i can Compare my physical strength and power.... SO I POSTED because I KNOW mine is comperable IF NOT BETTER than most of these guys that are posting....
You wanna talk about "So, mature" ya, YOUR REAL Mature comming after me BECAUSE I'm A WHITE BELT....

*slams head against wall*
I did'nt say you were lying, I just said you obviously could'nt read, as is confirmed by your last post. You came into a competition wth strict rules and did'nt follow them, funny how you were'nt welcome.
I don't care if your lifts were done at a meet, in a gym, in a garage or in the middle of the amazon rain forest. That's not the issue. The problem is that we do not let white belts compete in this thread because we do not know who they are and as we (the moderators) are running this thread as a service to our regular posters we don't care.
This thread is here so the regulars on this board can compete against one another and in that way seek to better their own performance. It's not a chance for random people to stroll in and boast about their strength. The last incarnation of this thread was cluttered with the idle boasts of people who otherwise never posted here, hence the rules in this version.
If you would like to compete in this thread I suggest you start posting rugularly on the board and giving constrcutive advice to the other users, in that way you will prove you belong here and will be welcome to compete with the others. Until then please stop messing up this thread.
BTW your capslocks key appears to be broken it keeps coming on accidentally.

Not a bad idea, the white belt thing is really more of a guideline, if you have never posted in S&P and yet are a BB on sherdog I'll problably still be iffy about putting you on if your numbers are suspiciously high. I seem to remember a whole bunch of white belts claiming world records on the last sherdog's strongest man thread, that was kinda amusing but got old real quick.

I'm still on a 5x5 program at the moment. I'm thinking about starting a training log and setting some goals for the end of my program (around January 1st, 2007) and then setting a date, or a couple of dates to max out my lifts. Hope I won't get my numbers denied.. though I don't really have to worry about it because compared to a lot of you guys, it won't be anything phenomenal

I highly reccomend you start a training log, both on here and also a paper one you take to the gym (I use an A5 spiral bound notebook with a pen in the binding, one page per week). It's very uslfull to have a record of what you did last week, last month, even last year right at your finger tips. It helps you track progress and work out what works best for you.

Yea for sure, I keep a log in a little 5x5 notebook that I take to the gym with me each time. I was just referring to logging it on here.
