Do you only have one arm or something? That would explin why you didn't type in your Wilks, too. That one arm must get tired of doing everything.

I didn't want to call him a liar outright. You never know who's on the other side of the screen. If Keith used a nickname and posted his numbers, most would call BS.

On the other hand, if Poseiden's lift are legit....I have no doubt that someone somewhere would know who he is....

What say you, Poseidon?

It all goes back to me saying that people should post video's of their lifts, or at least some of their lifts. Anyone can lie about their numbers.

And it's not hard to film their lift. I'd say 99% of the world has a digital camera now, or at least know's someone that can lend them one. And all cameras nowadays have a video mode.

Even if people aren't "lying" they could just think they are going below parallel on squats, but aren't even coming close and just don't realize it.

You know this isn't a bad idea.

I would like to mess with my camera phone and get some videos on that, but the quality will be pretty bad. I don't think my numbers are being questioned though, so I'm not going to worry about it for now.

If I was gonna lie about my lifts, I wouldn't have picked such nancy-ass numbers.

Not a bad idea though.

bacon - When are you going to remax on your deadlift (and get more weights)?

How do you get your dog to pose for those pics? Mine won't sit still for 5 seconds.

Not yet. Two more weeks at the soonest...Trust me, I can't wait to see what I can pull of the floor, but i'm not about to quit the program I'm on. So....two more weeks.

Sonny,
Bacon only listen's when you're holding food. If you look closely, you can see the reflection of a T-bone in his eyes... If you have food in your hand, he might as well be a remote control dog.
