Wilk's is designed to give a direct comparison between the lifting ability of people of different sizes, it scales your PLing total based upon your weight so that it should be as difficult for a 300lber to make a certain score as it is for a 150lber. It's based off empirical evidence (basically they put a best fit curve through the elite level lifts for each weight), you might find some slightly different numbers from different tables or websites but it's all broadly the same.

shouldnt I be 2nd overall for bench with 420@220?

also are the numbers given raw? or are people including 1-3 ply suits/shirts for their squats/dead/bench? (just curious since this wasn't stated in the beginning)

You should, indeed, be second. I've got to hit that 405 so I can get back on the list after it's updated.

I don't know about others, but my lifts are all raw. I wouldn't know what to do w/ a suit if I had one.

Also, IMO, deadlift must be strap-free, squat must be parallel or below (obviously), and bench must be w/ your ass on the bench.
