you can still lead in the bench category, but as far as overall competition... nope.

I'll add the squat rule.

and big joey, I don't believe anything you contribute to this thread until I see it.

I guess that brings up another point... freeweights only.

Squat done ATG, deadlift done as a 3x3, and wow that's a pathetic bench. That being said, I wouldn't be too close to those numbers right now, especially the bench.

Edit: You should have done a supertotal, purely for me :-)

Yeah i know im a white belt just asking if your BW on the chart are british kilos or american pounds?

I don't know what a british kilo is, but if its like a normal kilo, then Urban's BW would be about 435 pounds...I would venture a guess as to it being pounds.

(maybe this post will make me 1 step closer to joining the competition)
