I was wondering how deadlifts are done.....do u use strongman rules or PL? do u count lifts with hitching at the top?

Got 425 on the squat today. Frequent front squats seem to have been a huge help.
Looks like Helty32 is gonna take my weight class over though.
Urban. I weighed myself today and I actually weigh 170 now, does that put me in a different weight class?

Edit - just placed those numbers into the calculator, ends up being exactly 2.5X bw, nice!

Unfortunately being a white belt you will have to get some video of those lifts to count.

Thanks man, I've lost weight so I was suprised at how "easily" 425 went up. A friend of mine just moved into a pretty nice house and he's got all his shit set up in the garage. I'm gonna try and get the bench going again here as well.

After 3 years of lifting I still haven't got to 2* bw (stopping and starting don't help though)
and I weigh what you weigh god damn it
