Good job on the 315 man. I'm not sure when I'll be maxing. I'm two weeks into a 5 week program from T-nation (I started a thread on this) designed to correct muscular imbalance and posture. When that over, I'll probably buy more plates and start chasing your DL numbers.

From the 5x5 DL numbers you were putting up, I think you could probably break my DL number easy. I'm guessing you will get 345 or so on a single. Maybe more.

I've only been squatting and deadlifting since January. My squat sucks, been trying to get it up but my body morphology is more of a puller's. I haven't actually tried a true 1rm for squats, but I can do 275x7 -- used a 1rm calculator for the purposes below.

Nickname.. BW.. sq/bp/dl.... total....Wilks Coeff
deadlyshaolin... 225... 330/365/405... 1100... 303.1

Gotta get that squat up.

Good numbers, but I'm not sure if calculated maxes are "allowed" or whatever.

Aw shiet, I guess this means I have no choice but to max out on my squat tonight. Like a virgin. Maxing for the very first time.
