Seriously? You haven't set a PR in four years? Are you trying to be one of those "well, when I was in highschool..." guys?

no. but i havent made it to a meet for 2 reasons... 1st i joined the military and havent been stationed in a major powerlifting area... when i was in wisconsin i had easy access to qualifying meets.... between living overseas, deployments and now being stationed in an area virtually devoid of powerlifting its hard to get to a meet. i have made plenty of Progress and PR's since that time but none documented... and i figured you wouldn't take my word for it.
second i have put my focus toward my fighting skills because all the muscle in the world aint gonna save you if you if your getting choked out.
try not to be so judgemental.

understood... i have been posting on MMAWEEKLY for some time now... but for some reason the forums are down, i spent most of my time there on the training and other discussions forums... i only recently decided to start posting here because of that fact... but i think i like it more. more posters, more variety.... etc. so i will be sticking around.
you let me know when i have posted enough to matter...

i never got to go to badger. truth be told i didnt make it to too many 3 lift meets period... my squat and deadlift were never that impressive. i worked at them but i was a natural bench presser and i liked taking home hardware so i went mostly to raw bench meets like Northern Badger, and Wisconsins Best Bench Press.

IBD, If you plan on staying around, learning, lifting, and posting, then stick around and don't worry about it. Everyone takes a lot of flak at the beginning here.

My first post here was starting my training log. It's the best way to start. I never got any shit from anybody. Start a training log and get some vids together.
