I changed it back to 210 because i think at the time of the post he was 210. It doesn't matter to me.

Yea i messed up...the wilks i think is correct but squat itself should have been 475....at the time of the squat i was ~210

I am about 215 now...but my weight has varied between 210-220 with these maxes...

What should it be? I was going with Wilks. What is the point of Wilks if that is not the standard.....Standard?

If you're using wilks OR weight, you should be using the weight/score for the highest bodyweight that any of the lifts were completed at. If I squat and deadlift 600lbs and then drop 20lbs, I am not going to be able to do those lifts. Listing myself at 181...600...x...600 with a higher Wilks score wouldn't be accurate.

I don't know why I'm even arguing about this. The whole concept of a "this is what I say I can lift" list is a bit silly.

I agree with you on the "this is what I say I can lift" dilemma. It is very difficult to trust that a random person on the internet is making a valid claim as to what they can actually lift. However, I trust the word of most of the regular posters here as to the claims they make. Maybe an exception could be made as to where, if a challenge is made, the defendant will have to provide video proof as to the validity of the lift. You are involved in a "race to 1500" presently, and as I recall the rules are video proof, validated to IPF rules by TheNerdKing. Similar rules could be in place here I would guess. I realize that this list is all play, but, having a list of lifts does provide some motivation to improve ones self.
