Grappling 4 times a week made me lose 20 pounds, it was pretty great. My lifts all went in the shitter though, but that was more my goddamned laziness until recently.

Its all good. I tend to lose 10 to 15 lbs each summer if I play enough handball, also lose a lot of strength with it. not into MMA as you can see from my log.

How does this list work when you go down a weight class? Do you still get to keep your numbers from the fat times?

If you can lift the same weight at a lower weight class, then yes.

If not, then no. Of course not.
