POSTING IN RESPONSE TO THE FEW WHO REPLIED TO MY POST

Alright so basically for those who didn't read my post i said that this kind of test isn't useful without a height dimension. Obviously a guy who is 5'6" and 170lbs should be stronger than a 6'0" tall dude. Assuming they both had the same bodyfat. A shorter dude doesn't have to push up his lifts as much and can pack on more muscle to his frame.

P4P lists are basically dominated by short guys.

Im a bit over 6'0" tall.

gain weight. You're telling me that the world's strongest lifters in the big three are under 6' tall? It's not our failt you're a beanpole. Go get a sandwhich and quit bitching about how short guys took your woman when you were in high school. Carnal is 6'2 and squats 7 bills. If you want to be a competitive powerlifter (like in this contest) you're going to have to fill out your frame. Don't bitch about how you're cursed by genetics so you'll never compete in the 148 lb weight class... MOVE UP TO A WEIGHT CLASS THAT'S MORE SUITED TO YOUR HEIGHT!

I'm about 6' even, and it's not a hinderance, it's a reason to eat like Ghandi after the british caved in!

I am going to move up a weight class. But i don't wanna get too big. I have a small frame for my height. Im a lanky dude, kinda like john lewis if i was to name a fighter. Urban dude u must have pms. I am stating the simple fact this method of measuring strength doesn't do justice to a person of my stature. If u are going to throw a bitch fit over this don't reply.

This is a strength and power subforum, and you're posting in a thread about strength. You should expect that the rankings won't take into account the fact that you're goal isn't optimum strength.

I'm not saying that you should bulk up etc etc if you don't want to. There is an optimum weight for strength, you're well below yours but that's ok if that's what you want to do, just don't bitch that the thread about strength doesn't cater for you. It's like complaining that an exam isn't catering for the fact that you didn't want to study for it.

regal, lets not worry about height, i am 6' with very long arms, I have succumbed to the fact that my bench press will never be like everyone else, but I dont wanna bitch about it. Dont sweat it
