I believe that's right, if I did the conversion from lbs to kg correctly. Also I'm not sure what my current bench 1RM is, 225 was done a few days ago for 3 but as I haven't tested 1RM I'm just using 225 for now. Anyone have a decent wilks calculator link for lbs??
